Shipping & Returns

By ordering online from boutiqueflirt.com, the customer agrees to accept the following policies.

Boutiqueflirt.com reserves the right to change those policies at any time.

 

SHIPPING

Order must be placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time in order to be processed the same day.

Order placed Satudays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays.

Order placed during the following FedEx closing days will be processed on the next open day:

Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Eve - Christmas Day - New Year's Eve - New Year's Day

 

All domestic packages are shipped via Fedex and we offer the following shipping options:

3-Day -Free on any orders over $150 before shipping and taxes

3-Day - $12 on order under $150 before shipping and taxes

2-Day - $25

Next Day- $60 (Standard Overnight)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat fee of $85 will be applied on orders up to $499

A flat fee of $125 will be applied on orders from $500 to $999

A flat fee of $150  will be applied on orders over $1000

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

boutiqueflirt.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

In case you refuse or return the package, you will still be responsible for all charges incurred in the process of shipping it to you and to return it to boutiqueflirt.com

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, return the item within 10 days of reception and we will issue you a store credit valid for one year for use in the store or online.

Merchandise must be in its original condition with garment tags attached.

Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Footwear must include the original shoe box without postal labels.

Shipping charges are not refundable and will not count towards your store credit.

 

Before returning the merchandise please contact us by email at service@boutiqueflirt.com or telephone at (305)944-3533 to obtain a return authorization number.

Return the merchandise by mail or in person, at boutique flirt, 17100 Collins Avenue #104, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.

If you choose to return your package by mail, use a prepaid, insured, traceable method with the return authorization number on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice on the inside. The use of an insured method will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsability for packages that we do no ship ourselves.

Please note that if an item is returned and free shipping was received, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. 

On exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
